Let's keep this short and sweet.
If you abuse this site, you will not get a refund. By continueing on with this registration, you understand that no refunds for your $10 membership fee will be refunded. Why? Because once you enter the site, you will see content that cannot be returned. You cannot give back the knowledge acquired from our website. So to be clear, there are NO refunds. And this agreement, which you must "check" as having agreed to is always on record should you try to have the payment refunded by your bank.
This applies to ALL MEMBERS and for clarity reasons, it also applies to those who are BANNED from the site.
Banned members are members who use the site for non-intended purposes.
Examples of actions that will get you banned:

Creating DRAMA. The definition of Creating Drama is solely up to the webmaster of the site. If he determines you are NOT adding to the intellectual value of the site with the comments you are posting, he may define that as Creating Drama.

Malicious Intent. If you are deemed by the webmaster as maliciously trying to hurt someones reputation by the comments you post.

Fake Reviews. We do not accept fake reviews. While its almost impossible to prove that a review is fake, we still must let it be known our stance of not supporting them.
Now lets be clear, there will be some things about the site and/or certain reviews you will not agree with. And thats ok. Speaking your opinion about the site in an email to the Webmaster is always acceptable WITHOUT reprucussions whatsoever. And you can give your opinions about other reviews as well as much as you like. That's the idea of the site itself. Let opinions be shared, and then the marketplace will draw their own conclusions. But this site WILL NOT become a slanderous OFFTOPIC forum such as Craigslist. Understanding this agreement and its spirit will help ensure this is so.
This agreement changes often. It is your responsibility to keep up with these changes via the TOS link inside the MORE menu item at the top of the site.
